Shipping timelines (from date of dispatch)
Domestic Standard: Minimum 3 business days, Maximum 7 business days.
Domestic Expedited: Minimum 1 business day, Maximum 3 business days.
Domestic Express (same-city / courier): Minimum same day, Maximum 1 business day.
International Standard: Minimum 10 business days, Maximum 25 business days.
International Expedited: Minimum 5 business days, Maximum 12 business days.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or refusal, customer is responsible for return shipping and any re-shipping fees.
